Happy 5th Anniversary U-Kiss

I haven’t been there all 5 years, I was only 10 when they debuted, so I didn’t even really know K-Pop existed until 2010, and U-Kiss were the ones I fell deeply in love with.

They started off not being popular, being called weed idols and thinking they were going to lose their place, but they didn’t. They pulled through and they are stronger than ever, with many international Kiss Me’s, just like me. (I’m english)

They have done so much for me over the past 3 years or so without even knowing it. They have gotten me through hardships, exams, making choices I found extremely difficult and the worst of them, people saying horrible stuff to me.

They make me smile, every single member past or present, in a different way for each of them. Their personalities are so happy and fun, the only thing they take seriously is their music which I love! But the one I really owe everything too, the one that will stay with me, is my beloved Shin Soohyun. My Ultimate, my king, my oppa. One day I will look into his eyes and tell him, in korean, that he has done so much for me. He’s made me happy when I’m sad, help me sleep when all I felt like was crying, and he helped me forget about all the bad things.

U-KISS are my ultimates. There is no doubt in my mind, yes I will be distracted by other Idol groups, but U-KISS will always be special to me and mean more to me than any others. The forever 9 will stay in my heart, well… Forever! I hope one day they come to England and I can say thank you to them in person, for everything.
